I am trying to go to gym regularly and control my diet too...bt sometimes just give up...today was one such day...
12.40 PM In office normally if i feel like having something sweet.......i have low fat fruit yoghurt ....as it tastes awesome and adds no cals.........bt today i saw a yummy looking chocolate truffle pastery ...........and my innermost pleasures took over my normal calorie hating senses and i brought it to my desk..now i am sitting at my desk after having two bytes....looking at it and fighting with myself whether to have it or nt...and i m hoping that some colleague passes by my seat so that i can offer him/her some portion of my pastery.........then i ll feel less guilty :)
30 MINS LATER...still waiting.....no one showed ...........had 3 more small bytes....still hoping......
3 hours later.............yippie.....i made someone eat half of my pastery.........so i m relishing rest half now............and thinking ...........chalo aaj gym mein 50 calories aur burn kar loongi.......:)
Haha..u wont believe it just 5 min before I read this, I ate half of chocolate chip cookie and felt guilty, gave the rest to a colleague :D
